1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading Nailogy from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, creating an account, or using any feature of the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of Nailogy worldwide.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use Nailogy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and consent to these terms on your behalf.

2 Account Requirements

To access Nailogy's AI features, you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at anujitha.apps@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts to circumvent generation limits are prohibited.

3 Service Description

Nailogy is an AI-powered nail analysis mobile application offering the following tools:

• Design Hacker: Analyses uploaded nail designs and provides step-by-step recreation guides.
• Outfit Matcher: Matches nail ideas to uploaded outfit photos based on colour and style.
• Nail Care Scan: Provides a personalised nail appearance assessment and care plan.
• Vibe Check: Generates a personality reading based on current nail style.
• Design Review: Rates nail art with a beauty score and improvement tips.
• Design Namer: Generates a unique creative name for a nail design.

4 Subscription Plans

Nailogy is available via the following subscription tiers:

• Monthly Plan — $4.99 USD/month: Access to all 6 AI tools with a limit of 20 AI generations per calendar day.
• Yearly Plan — $29.00 USD/year: Access to all 6 AI tools with a limit of 20 AI generations per calendar day, plus early access to new features and priority support.

All prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Subscription prices may vary by region as set by Apple or Google.

5 Billing & Payments

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges through your app store account:

• Payment Processor: All payments are handled by Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). Nailogy does not store your payment card details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (30 days for Monthly; 365 days for Yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the remaining period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. Nailogy does not control refund approvals. For iOS refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, contact Google Play support.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, cancellation before the trial ends prevents any charge. After the trial, the full subscription price applies.
• Price Changes: We may update subscription prices. You will receive at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.

6 Daily Generation Limit

Both the Monthly ($4.99/month) and Yearly ($29.00/year) plans are subject to a limit of 20 AI generations per calendar day. The following rules apply:

• The daily limit resets at 12:00 AM UTC each calendar day.
• Unused generations do not carry over to the following day.
• Each use of any AI tool (Design Hacker, Nail Care Scan, etc.) counts as one generation.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the daily limit is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to adjust the daily limit for abuse prevention or plan changes, with reasonable notice.

7 User-Uploaded Content

When you upload images to Nailogy for AI analysis, you:

• Confirm you own or have the right to use the images you upload.
• Grant Nailogy a limited, temporary licence to process those images solely to generate your AI result.
• Understand that uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours unless you explicitly save them in the app.
• Agree not to upload images of other people without their consent, or images that contain illegal content.

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the results generated from them.

8 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Nailogy to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Upload images of minors in any context that could be considered inappropriate.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the AI systems or app infrastructure.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Create multiple accounts to exceed the daily generation limit.
• Use the app for commercial purposes without a separate commercial licence agreement.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

9 Intellectual Property

Nailogy, its name, logo, AI models, design, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of the Nailogy developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Nailogy platform without explicit written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Nailogy app for personal, non-commercial purposes as authorised by your subscription.

10 App Store Compliance

Nailogy is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The following platform-specific terms apply:

• Apple App Store: Nailogy complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms for iOS users. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Nailogy.
• Google Play: Nailogy complies with Google Play's Developer Policies including billing, privacy, and content policies.
• Platform Policies Supersede: Where app store policies conflict with these terms, app store policies take precedence for matters within their jurisdiction (e.g., billing, refunds).
• Age Rating: The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play, suitable for all ages.
• In-App Purchases: All subscriptions are offered as In-App Purchases and managed through your platform account.

11 Disclaimer & Liability

Nailogy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated result.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the app.
• That the Health Scan or any AI output constitutes professional advice.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these terms.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
• Violate Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

You may delete your account at any time via app settings. Termination does not automatically trigger a subscription refund — cancellation through your app store account is required separately to stop billing.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Nailogy developer is registered. For EU users, nothing in these terms affects your rights under EU consumer protection law.
